RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

We really want you to be delighted with your North & Nether purchase, and if for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied we are here to help!

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This returns policy applies to customers irrespective of your geographical location. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have (under such consumer rights legislation that may be currently enacted).

You are entitled to cancel your order, providing your order has not been processed. If you do wish to cancel your order, North & Nether must be notified by email contact@northandnether.com.

If you have received your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it to us.

We can only accept returns where: (a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of receipt of the product; (b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new; (c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and (d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must initially inform us of your intention to return or exchange. Customers wishing to return items must notify North & Nether in writing via email at contact@northandnether.com.

Any product returned to the wrong address will be considered not received and no refund will be granted. The purchaser will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy unless a prior agreement is reached.

Customers must arrange for the item(s) to be returned themselves and at their own cost. We suggest using a tracked and insured service.

North & Nether are not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping, and therefore strongly suggest you pack all items carefully and track all items when posting. Please include full name and order number to avoid any delays in processing your refund. Please ship returns to:

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned order safely, we will refund the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us unless a prior agreement is reached. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 7 days of the day we received your returned product.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

All our items are lovingly packaged to ship to you but sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive a faulty or damaged item please get in touch within 7 working days of receipt and we will be more than happy to help and offer a replacement or refund.

Proof of damage to the packaging and item, for example a photograph of the damage, may be required for our couriers. Upon return of the item the full price of goods will be refunded through the payment method used to purchase the goods.
